My ATCs for Darkroom Door's ATC Swap for August, which is to use Neon/Fluoro colors. I used the
Art de Fleur Vol 2 set for the feature image and tag, and the
Roses Photo Stamp for the background. Lots of the brightest Distress Inks and some Copic markers to define the edges. Plus a little glittery sparkle for good measure.
